The No Sweat Exercise Plan: Lose Weight, Get Healthy, and Live Longer (Harvard Medical School Guides)

We strongly recommend this book for several reasons.

  • It encourages you to get started, and points out the great benefit of even a small amount of regular exercise.
  • It is based on medical research, and written by a qualified physician who himself had a risk of heart attack from his parents.
  • It sets out, in Chapter 9, details of assessing your risk before you start exercising.

A Useful Book!
This book is both well-written and informative. I was especially interested to learn that I do not need to run 75 miles per week to be reasonably healthy and fit.
