I also ordered this in January and it arrived with no instructions. I agree that it was fairly easy to assemble. I have had no luck in tracking down the manufacturer and obtaining instructions. Amazon provided me with contact information, but it’s an international phone call and is a bank. oops. Other than that, the product works just fine – if only I knew what I was doing!
Mine arrived with instructions. It was pretty easy to assemble. It works well and doesn’t make a lot of noise, though it’s not silent. The stride length is not adjustable and neither are the handlebars, so if you’re very tall or very short then this one might not work for you.
The unit is really heavy, so you should probably have a mat or something underneath it. Make sure you can dedicate a space to it, because it’s not easy to move it around.
The power cord plugs into the front of the machine, which is a little awkward for my set-up. An extension cord solved the problem, but be aware that you may need one as the power cord that ships with it is rather short (about 1m).
