Well one positive thing I can say is that the shipping was really fast. It arrived in two days. However both pedals were cracked, a couple bolts and screws were missing, the circuit board in the computer fell out in pieces when we went to put the battery in, and the battery it came with was completely flattened. Reading about this product before hand, it does say that the company will replace parts if needed, but what they don’t say is that you only have 10 days after receiving the product to do so. I contacted them right away, and they said they would replace all missing and broken pieces. The machine itself once assembled works pretty well, although it does tend to stick now and then, but that could be because I haven’t gotten in stride with it yet. All in all, the machine is just o.k., but what did I really expect for $90.00.
Shipping was fast. Everything arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. Comfortable when used as an elliptical. When used as a bike, it’d be nice if the pedals had footstraps and the seat could be moved closed to the handles.
Definitely worth the price for beginners who are looking just looking for something functional, but lacks the features that experienced users will be looking for.
