It was broken from day one. It took ProForm 1 month to get it running and then it broke down again with in 7-8 weeks of being fixed the first time. My advice run as fast as you can!!! ProForm does not believe in fixing things in a timely manner. You will be on hold for more than 15 minutes and then be told they will get back to you. I could have bought the elliptical that is utilized at my gym for $95 more which is higher quality and it WORKS. I was really disappointed. I have owned my ProForm treadmill for 10 years no problems with it. I tried to stay a loyal customer but after purchasing this I will never purchase another piece of ProForm equipment. I have really bad knees and have tried out other types of elliptical machines, which cause knee pain 5 minutes into the workout, but with this machine 45 minutes just fly by. I could not believe how easy 45 minutes on this elliptical are. I also own a rowing machine and a treadmill, this is my FAVORITE!!! I highly recommend! I love this machine.
